Load all strings in the program from assembly resource file

Put all string for messages, UI captions and Google Earth KML data in the assembly resource. Thus it would be easy to create multilingual version of FSXGET.

Enable the user to customize and switch on / off Google Earth object descriptions

The user should be able to customize and also to switch on / off the object description appearing under each object in the placemark list in Google Earth.

Add HTTP authentication capabilities to FSXGET

Add the possibility to created user accounts in FSXGET and and an option to require authentication for the HTTP server, so that access to a FSXGET server can be limited.
